00:00.000 --> 00:05.000
Hello, my dancing friends! Are you ready to have fun and move to music?

00:05.000 --> 00:08.000
Let us learn some easy dance moves together!

00:08.000 --> 00:11.000
First, march like a soldier.

00:11.000 --> 00:14.000
One, two, one, two.

00:14.000 --> 00:17.000
Here is a fun question. Who do you think march is better?

00:17.000 --> 00:21.000
Soldiers or robots?

00:21.000 --> 00:24.000
Soldiers.

00:24.000 --> 00:30.000
Next, move both of your hand sideways.

00:30.000 --> 00:35.000
Once to the right and once to the left.

00:35.000 --> 00:38.000
Now, let us combine these steps into a loop.

00:38.000 --> 00:44.000
March, march, and move your hand sideways like this.

00:44.000 --> 00:47.000
Let us learn another dance move.

00:47.000 --> 00:51.000
First, stand on one foot and lift another foot forward.

00:51.000 --> 00:54.000
Now, jump up high.

00:54.000 --> 00:59.000
Next, place the lifted foot down and lift the other foot forward.

00:59.000 --> 01:02.000
Keep repeating this step in a loop.

01:02.000 --> 01:05.000
Jump, switch feet, and jump again.

01:05.000 --> 01:10.000
Which is more fun, standing on one foot or jumping high.

01:10.000 --> 01:15.000
Try both and see which one you like the most.

01:15.000 --> 01:20.000
Now, for the hands, bring one hand forward and raise the other hand up.

01:21.000 --> 01:26.000
Then, switch, raise the hand that was forward and bring the other hand forward.

01:26.000 --> 01:30.000
Repeat this step again and again.

01:30.000 --> 01:34.000
Finally, let us put it all together into a loop.

01:34.000 --> 01:38.000
Jump with your feet one by one and move your hands up and down.

01:38.000 --> 01:43.000
Wow, you are doing an amazing job, little dancers.

01:43.000 --> 01:47.000
Keep practicing and have fun!
