00:00.000 --> 00:06.500
Hi, everyone. This video will show you how to share resources and get feedback from other teachers in the teacher community.

00:07.000 --> 00:12.500
Connecting with your peers helps you find new ideas and improve the materials you use in your classroom.

00:13.000 --> 00:16.500
I'll break this down into two easy steps to make it simple to follow.

00:17.000 --> 00:19.500
First, we'll look at engaging in the community.

00:19.500 --> 00:24.500
To access the Teacher Hub, click on Community in the Navigation menu here.

00:24.500 --> 00:28.000
Select the Teacher Hub Community Card to enter the platform.

00:28.000 --> 00:32.500
You now have access to the Teacher Hub and can see all the community features available.

00:33.500 --> 00:39.500
Let's go to the next step, which is to create a community post and share your ideas with fellow educators.

00:39.500 --> 00:45.500
To create a community post, click this text field that says, share your thoughts, ideas or questions.

00:46.000 --> 00:48.500
Which will open the post-creation modal.

00:49.000 --> 00:52.500
Add an engaging subject line for your post in this field.

00:52.500 --> 00:56.500
Something that captures the essence of what you want to share with fellow teachers.

00:56.500 --> 01:03.000
Type your main message in this text area where you can share your thoughts, ask questions or provide insights to the community.

01:03.500 --> 01:10.000
To make your post more engaging, click Choose Files and select an image that relates to your topic from your computer.

01:10.500 --> 01:16.000
Once you're satisfied with your post content and image, click the Post button to share it with the Teacher Hub community.

01:16.500 --> 01:20.000
Scroll down to see your newly created post appear in the community feed.

01:20.000 --> 01:26.000
You'll notice engagement features like the likes counter here, which allows other teachers to interact with your post.

01:26.500 --> 01:32.000
Let's move to part two now, which is to download a resource from the resource library.

01:32.000 --> 01:37.000
To download a resource, click View All to see the complete resource library.

01:37.000 --> 01:41.000
Click the Download icon for any resource you'd like to save to your computer.

01:41.000 --> 01:45.000
Close the resource library by clicking the X button when you're finished browsing.

01:45.000 --> 01:49.000
You have successfully downloaded the resource to your device.

01:49.000 --> 01:53.000
Let's go to Next Step, which is to share a new resource with the community.

01:53.500 --> 01:57.500
To share a new resource, click the Share a Resource button here.

01:57.500 --> 02:02.000
Give your resource a descriptive title that other teachers will find helpful.

02:02.000 --> 02:07.000
Click Choose File and select the document you want to share from your computer.

02:07.000 --> 02:09.500
Upload your resource by clicking this button.

02:09.500 --> 02:15.500
Your resource has been successfully added to the library and is now available for other teachers to discover.

02:15.500 --> 02:19.500
You can browse all available resources by clicking View All here.

02:19.500 --> 02:22.500
Close this view when you're done exploring the resource collection.

02:22.500 --> 02:25.500
And that's how you share a resource with the community.

02:25.500 --> 02:29.500
You now know how to engage with other teachers and use the resource library.

02:29.500 --> 02:32.500
Happy teaching and connecting with your peers.
